We are dedicated to encoraging adults and students to get into the development of the medium of the 21st century, internet video and interactive media!
"Television, medium of the 20th century, has changed mass media and entertainment to an unprecedented levels of power. Even Adulf Hitler recognized this power, as seen in his propoganda efforts. Every major political party around the world now spends fortunes trying to use this power to get their message accross. Television is controled by relatively few people and organizations. Now in the 21st century this same power of mass communication is quickly falling out of the few hands and into millions of hands. Let us help you enter this new meduim and level the power previously held by the few.
Our practices and policies are built around professional and intellectual integrity. RaintreeTV does not support nor pander to pointless violence, sadism, or adult entertainment subject matter. We intend our content to be safe for all ages and backgrounds to express all our selves in an open manner that helps us all understand and come closer to one another, as one big family.
2. Use Policy & Terms of Service (TOS)
You may not use RaintreeTV to further sadism, apathy, or hate. Use of this website and our free resources is available to men and women of all ages who operate within the limits of our policies.
3. Limits on what can be submitted or displayed on this site. Submissions will be rejected if the overall affect of the content in question encourages sadism, apathy, hate, or discourages intellectual integrity. Anything pornographic will not be allowed.
4. Terms of Contribution (TOC)
For those who wish to contribute to our website, each creator, or each member of a team who shares in the work of a creation, must sign our TOC form here. Please read our TOC carefully, signing the TOC does involve granting rights to RaintreeTV from you.
We may accept contributions of almost any form including, but not limited to:

web development such as html, php, java script, mysql, or Dhtml.
2. your own independent video, Flash, Director, or shockwave interactive content
3. sound effects, graphics, still pictures, etc.

may give away, for any reason, in accordance with our reasoning, or lack thereof, FREE STUFF !
FREE STUFF may or may not include, and is not limited to, things like:
T-shirts,
software,
books,
free web space,
discount web space,
things made in Go-to-Guy's garage,
tutoring by the Go-to-Guy in many popular topics such as Director, Dreamweaver, Sound Forge, and more.
The Go-to-Guy may arrange dates to be chaperoned by a small mob of New Media geeks,
and other fabulous prizes!

We retain the right to deny our services, or our time, to anyone, for any reason, at any time! Don't cross the line, be good! If you don't want to be banned, or have your contributions, resume, curriculum vitae, bio, or your public recognition spots pulled off the web site, make sure you follow our policies and rules.

Even if you don't do anything that explicitly violoates any stated policy or rule, don't do anything that is intentionally malicious! This is the most important rule.
